are so excited to announce the change in our Thursday
evening format from
meditation
group
to
meditation
and healing
circle.
The focus of a
healing circle to help open the innate healing gifts that are
present in each one of us, reconnect with your our inner
guidance and of course sharing the gift of healing with each
other. The holidays and life in general can be a very
stressful time which makes self care that much more important.
