The Brain is not supposed to be in charge!

Our monthly Mediumship meeting revealed some interesting messages from the other side. The Brain is not supposed to be in charge! Well, what they actually said was “most of what goes on in our head is bull”. They’re not insulting us. They’re revealing a structural mismatch. Souls show this over and over, the brain is a survival instrument, not a guidance system. It’s like trying to navigate by using the smoke alarm. Useful, yes. Essential, yes. Absolutely not the thing we should be following to build a life, make meaning, or fulfill a soul contract.

The souls who have crossed over and access the wisdom of the ages are pointing to the fact that the mind narrates to feel safe, not to tell the truth. What!! They tell us that thoughts are mostly noise, not guidance. The brain produces stories faster than we can question them and the mind’s job is to protect the body, not reveal the soul. Those in spirit are not calling us stupid. They’re saying: You’re listening to the wrong instrument.

The Souls’ Path can only be felt. The challenge we face is while trying to feel our why through existence, survival mechanisms drown out the wisdom we are seeking. It’s like trying to hear a violin solo while standing next to a leaf blower.

The brain is built for survival. The soul is built for expansion. We suffer only when we ask one to do the other’s job. We don’t need to silence the brain. You need to reassign it.

Let the brain handle, logistics, language, planning, execution, and problem solving. Let the soul handle, direction, meaning, purpose, timing, and truth. When the soul leads and the brain supports, life stops feeling like a fight and starts feeling like a collaboration.

The world is currently at odds with itself because we are letting the brain is drive the tour bus. It says that everything and everyone who disagrees with us is a threat. They exist to harm us. When someone challenges our beliefs, the brain fires the same circuitry it would if someone pointed a weapon at us. That is why people become so reactive and while in a heightened state of emotion they are not able to listen, even to the soul self.

The Soul responds to conflict with curiosity and compassion. When the soul leads, disagreement becomes a mirror and a teacher. It seeks to understand, to walk through a gateway of understanding.

I recently had the opportunity to examine some old emotional wounds. There was a time when physical, mental, and emotional abuse were my constant companions. There was a part of me that wanted to shout the abuse from the mountain tops and out my long dead abusers crimes. That anger also wanted to perpetuate that that abuse, to pay back my abusers. To make someone else feel my pain. That was the brains survival mechanism. It is also how abuse reinvents itself generation over generation. It was my brain, the survival organ that believes the only way to stop pain is to project it outward. This is how trauma tries to replicate itself.

The brain says, “If I make someone else feel this pain, I won’t be alone in it.” It’s not evil, its biology. The brain equates power with safety and when you’ve been powerless, the brain will reach for anything that feels like power, even rage.

The soul seeks to interrupt the cycle. It seeks to understand, to evolve and choose to become someone who has lived through darkness and chosen not to become it. The soul does what the brain cannot. It is willing to witness without collapsing, to feel without retaliating, to remember without recreating. The soul doesn’t seek power. It seeks wholeness. The moment the soul steps forward, the cycle ends. Not because the past changes, but because you do.

A long term disconnect between the brain, and the soul creates internal conflict, and that internal conflict can contribute to emotional, spiritual, and even physical breakdown.

Souls on the other side consistently show that the brain runs on fear, vigilance, and survival. The soul runs on coherence, connection, and truth. When those two systems fall out of alignment, the body becomes the battleground.

This is a secret many who have come before me have tried to articulate through their writing and practice. What I find interesting is that many long time teachers, me included, have suddenly found the "secret” simultaneously. We have to return to coherence. It is not coincidence, not trend, not group think. It’s convergence, the moment when many teachers, healers, and sensitives suddenly “remember” the same truth at the same time because the collective field finally becomes ready to hold it.

Coherence is not a concept, it’s a frequency. The old spiritual paradigm is collapsing, and the nervous system is the new spiritual frontier as we recognize the collective trauma load has peaked. The veil is thinner than it has ever been and teachers on the other side are able to reach out to those who remain and offer the wisdom we are now ready to hold.

This is not a new teaching; it is an ancient architecture. The mind and the spirit were never meant to be separated. They were designed to function as one system. Over the centuries, humanity drifted into the mind, into logic, fear, survival, identity, and control and forgot the other half of the design.

The original architecture of the human being is simple:
• The soul provides direction
• The brain provides execution
• The body provides expression

When these three are aligned, you get coherence. When they are disconnected, you get fear, illness, trauma loops, emotional fragmentation, spiritual numbness, and psychic shutdown. It is why so many teachers are remembering this simultaneously because the collective field has reached a point where our mental, emotional, and spiritual exhaustion is finally allowing for a rapid evolution. When people are overwhelmed, they stop clinging to old frameworks. When enough people reach the same emotional and spiritual threshold, the field shifts.

You are going to be hearing so much new information in the coming months from many teachers about this “new” paradigm. It honestly doesn’t matter to me if you receive this information from me through my work or from other teachers, it only matters that we collectively remember our divine essence. The collective re-awakening that happens when the field reaches coherence, the same truth begins to surface through many voices, each tuned to a different octave of the same frequency.

Every teacher, healer, and channel will phrase the paradigm in their own dialect, scientific, mystical, psychological, or energetic, but all will point to the same center: return to coherence, return to essence. The Ego based design, the old model of “my teaching, my method, my brand” is collapsing. The goal isn’t to create followers, it is to awaken frequency holders, people who remember their divine essence and stabilize it in the world. When many voices begin to echo the same truth, it’s not duplication; it’s amplification. Because in the Light, We are all Love.
